Will there be parking available?All of our properties have parking available, however in some cases it may operate on a first-come first-serve basis.

Can I check-in early?We endeavour to meet our guest's needs when possible, however we cannot always accommodate last minute early check-in requests. ​ Please ask us in advance!

Can I check-out late?We endeavour to meet our guest's needs when possible, however we cannot always accommodate late check-out requests. Please ask in advance! Note: check-out beyond the agreed allocated time will result in an additional charge.

Will there be someone to smoke?Smoking is only allowed within open grounds. ​ Smoking in any of our properties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate ejection, with total loss of payments.

Can I have a party?We are unable to accommodate parties. ​ All of our properties are monitored for noise. ​ Visitors to the property will be considered as extra guests and will result in additional charge or ejection.
